Woke up in the hostel in Wien and got on the internet and then ate some more awesome sandwiches. We took off from the hostel. I hit a bank and cashed $150 American and only got like $105 euro.

We took trains across town to a train station and locked up our bags. We toured around the town. We saw St. Peters, St. Stephens, the big gardens and more.

We came back to the train station and sat for a while before realizing it was the wrong station. We went back across town and caught the right train! We slept very nicely.

Wicked Awesome Euro-Trip Online Journals

The journal wasn’t working a while ago when I tried to post. I’m going to try to put stuff on here soon if this post works!

Woke up late and Ray brought us some awesome sandwiches from a local bakery. We lazed around the hostel for several hours, we went online a LOT. We got to organize when and where we will be going in Germany. I sent the itinerary off to everyone who needs to know it. Hopefully the dates work for our relatives.

We didn’t really tour around unfortunately. Instead, we went out for dinner at a local restaurant. We rolled dice to decide what to eat. Dan rolled a lasagna. I rolled a spaghetti pesto. Ray rolled spaghetti in olive oil. For dessert, we rolled again. Dan rolled a caramel ice cream, I rolled this awesome rum fuzzy cream, cookie and ice cream. Ray rolled…a fruit cup. Ray really lost at his own game and we had many laughs about his moped of desserts.

We went back to the hostel and chilled for a while before heading back to the restaurant and ordering pizza. This was the most Godliest of meals we have ever eaten. the pizza was insanely good! Dessert was a chocolate truffle for me, caramel ice cream for Ray, and a lemon foam for Dan. We drank beer with both meals. It was the best food I have ever eaten!

What an awesome day in one of the supposed most beautiful cities in the world!

Woke up early and packed up. We went to the train station…got fined 10 euro for not paying, then I called home. I talked for maybe 30 mins before it cut out. It was 2:30am there. I enjoyed talking to mom and dad, but I wasn’t showing it mostly because Ray and Dan were over my shoulder the whole time.

So we waited for 4 hours…played Crazy 8 countdown from kings, a few times, and even a round of count-up. We got onto the train and went all the way to Vienna. We followed some English girls from the hostel in Budapest onto the train and then they took us to the same hostel they are staying at.

This hostel here is awesome! We got a washroom and a shower in our room! We had a hostel party last night where I met two girls from Finland that were REALLY hot. They were interested and we talked for a long time. Confidence boost, eh? I drank lots of beer and got on the free internet.
