180 Episodes of Seinfeld Watched

I have officially just finished watching the final episode of Seinfeld, competing my stint that I started back in June to watch every single one of their 180 episodes from their nine years on the air.

Not much more to say, other than it had a brialliant run, and it was awesome to follow the characters and the stories over their years as the show developed into such a widely respected show.

Canoeing with Brittany

An absolutely amazing day all started with an awesome little trip with Brittany in the canoe up the slough and out into the Pitt River a little.

Here’s a short video of us getting the canoe onto the wheels:

From there, we walked the canoe just over a kilometer all the way from my house out to the slough, where we pitched in, and proceeded to canoe just over four kilometers! We had a really good pace, and not only did we see a bunch of sweet scenery on such an amazing day, but we also had a half-dozen sightings of the resident Great Blue Herons.

After our epic journey, we were exhausted and napped back at my place for an hour before heading over to fufill my craving for Chinese food! They really pile heaps onto your plate – I’ve literally got dinner for three days now!

Afterwards, I treated us to some gellato over at a place in Newport village, then we grabbed some coffee and went back to my place to watch “The Parking Garage” on Seinfeld!

Later that night a bunch of us went out to see You Don’t Mess With the Zohan, and I got to sleep around 2am.

TV Series These Days

Don’t worry I never write any spoilers.

I just finished watching the 2 hour season finale of Lost, season 4, and I have to say that I was actually happy with the new season. Recently I’ve been fairly unsatisfied by Battlestar Galactica‘s third season. Lost was just awesome and kept up to the standards I hold for it.

On the tv-series note, I’ve started on working through the nine seasons of Seinfeld! So far they have actaully been really hillarious with more laugh out loud moments that most tv-shows these days have! I’m just about finished the second season.

All this recent time to watch movies and get abnornal amounts of work done has probably been provoked by not having a car at the moment (though we’re working to fix that soon), and Brittany has been house-sitting her Aunt’s place in Burnaby for the last two weeks.

Actually, I haven’t left my house since last Sunday…
